5-Day Service Guarantee

We proudly offer a 5-day guarantee on all nail services, excluding regular polish.

If you experience any issues such as breaking, chipping, lifting, or peeling within five (5) days of your original service, please contact us to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment so we can make it right.

There is no additional charge for this service.
Regular polish services are excluded from this guarantee.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure we can provide quality service while respecting the schedules of other guests and our technicians.

Children Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that children who are not receiving services be left at home. This helps us maintain a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone in the salon.

Late Arrival, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To continue providing the highest quality service to all of our guests, A-List Nails & Spa Orlando has implemented the following Late Arrival, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy.

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we must maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness to both our clients and our nail technicians. When appointments are cancelled without proper notice or missed entirely, it creates gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill on short notice.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations impact everyone — other guests are unable to book available appointments, and our technicians lose valuable service time. We value your time and your patronage, and this policy helps us continue to offer reliable scheduling and high-quality service to every client.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule, depending on availability. Arriving late can affect the quality of your service and the schedules of other guests.


Cancellations

We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with adequate notice to allow us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.


No-Shows

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice may be subject to restrictions on future bookings.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding. These policies allow us to respect the time of our technicians and clients while maintaining the level of service and professionalism you expect from A-List Nails & Spa Orlando.

Life is hectic and sometimes just plain crazy, we get it! Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your salon apointment. If possible, we will try to adjust our schedule and take you at the later time. However, we may have to ask you to reschedule your visit for another day if it interferes with another client’s appointment time.

We now REQUIRE 24 hours for any and all cancellations

  • 24-hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time

Clients who do not cancel their appointments with proper notice as indicated above, or clients do not show up for their reserved appointment times (See “No Show After Confirmation” Policies and Fees below), will be considered  “No-shows” and a fee will be assessed. You will be asked to pay a fee of 50% of what your service total would have been, before booking your next appointment. We do understand that emergencies happen and will discuss last minute cancellations with you.

If you NO SHOW after your appointment confirmation 24-48 hours prior, you will be required to pay 100% of what your service total would have been before booking another appointment.
